Artificial insemination (AI) services

The benefits of artificial insemination in canines are many.  AI brings greater choice to a breeder and increases gene pools by opening up worldwide semen for selection.  AI negates some sexually transmitted diseases, prevents mating associated injury and can remove behavioural concerns such as stress to both dog and bitch, which may otherwise hinder insemination success.

Not only do we have extensive experience in AI, but our team also offer a number of associated services including breeding status examinations.  For the dog, this includes full semen evaluation, and progesterone blood testing for the bitch.  Equipped with excellent ultrasound facilities, we provide pregnancy scans as well.
